SEL has been in the construction arena for the last 41 years, initially serving various sectors of the Government including the sectors of health, food, power, disaster management etc. and gradually moving on to the sector of real estate. With a view to alleviating the living accommodation problem of the mega city Dhaka, SEL stepped in the real estate development scene in 1994. During the span of the last 30 years SEL has completed and handed over 236 apartment and commercial projects in Dhaka, Cumilla and ahead steps also in Khulna, Chittagong, Bogra and Savar to establishing itself as an embodiment of quality, competence and efficiency.

Considering the technological development & global warming & environmental consciousness, SEL established the company in April-2017. Production of brick destroys fertile agricultural land & forest by burning mud & wood resulting hazardous CO2 emission.

With the towering rise of SEL in name & fame in the Real Estate arena, it indulged into expansion of business & in the process opened a sister concern in the name & style “MC ELEVATORS LTD” beginning its maiden voyage in 2011. Considering the potentiality & quality, we started importing FUJIHD Elevator from China a China-Japan joint Venture Company since inception of the company.
